Attendance: Br Shaizad, Haji Zambari, Br Sarwar, Br Talib, Br Saiyad, Br Shamir, Br Mahamud, Br Zakaria, Br Riyaz, Dr Wali
 
Appologies: Br Ashiv (Queenstown), Br Nadeem, Br Kashiv, Br Abdulla
 
1. Hafiz from Malaysia: The Hafiz arrived from Malaysia to Queenstown. Br Saiyad picked him from Queenstown Airport. Food arrangement is done by the brothers of  the executives.

2. Namaaz and Khuthba Time: Hafiz to lead all prayers while he is in Invercargill. An opinion of Br Reza is considered necessary for Juma Salaat. Brothers raised concerns of the long Khutba. It is agreed to have khuthba for 15 minutes. Adhaan for Isha Namaaz during the month of Ramadan is at 6.50 pm and Jamaat at 7 pm. While the rest of the salaat will be according to the timetable and Jamaat for Salaat will be after 10minutes of Adhan.
