Southland Muslim Association of Invercargill organized Islamic Awareness Open Day at the USF Hall on Tay Street on Saturday 15th August 2009. Local visitor’s turnout had been far better than expected and they were very appreciative of the information provided about Islam. Big credit goes to all those brothers and sisters who participated in Islamic Awareness Open Day to make this event a great success.
